Burger was dry and a little overpriced for what you get

I had the Angus burger on a gluten free bun. The service was fast, the burger cooked great, and the fries tasted awesome.

The Spanish burger is amazing and the service and crew are so nice and friendly

I love this place the burgers are soooo delicious. We were headed to Fuddruckers and saw BurgerIM we are a family of Carnivores so meat is our thing. The place is new so it was clean Michael the cashier was polite and attentive. The kitchen staff got our food out promptly. We also had the wings which were nice and meaty

They have a really good assortment of burgers along with combos and bundle deals. Love the fries and the great customer service

Burger was fine but not great. Beef didn't seem to be seasoned and overall it was bland. Fries are a nice change up.Edit: FYI, The burger was the dry aged beef. Honestly, it was also not juicy at all. If I come back I'll try the Spanish beef.

I really enjoyed the food...it was tasty for sure! I didn't like the wait (15 min), and I didn't like being forced to leave a tip on a screen when ordering at the counter. I think it's uncool for fast food places to guilt tip with a screen at a counter when ordering. They also have a tip jar, so I don't know why they pressure tip like this too. I'll go back if they improve their turn around time and get rid of the pressuring tip screen.

Went here after a coworker recommended it to me. I was pleasantly surprised by the portion sizes and the quality of the food. This location is new and has some minor things to work out to find their groove, in my personal opinion. Their menu can be a little confusing, and the staff taking in orders kind of give a vibe that they're still trying to figure the menu and their system out. That aside, the staff are extremely friendly, patient and make you feel welcome.I ordered a trio of sliders with their fries and drink combo and left feeling full but not the kind of full where I felt, "Oh... why did I do this to myself". Their house sauce is great! Give BurgerIM a go for something a little different that provides a great meal at a great price. There's a lot of places you can get a burger in Ashburn, but I feel BurgerIM has the potential to be a go to location.

Very nice and clean shop and good burgers. The order did not take much time and came out hot and fresh. We tried the Angus Beef which had a nice juicy patty and the bun was soft. The grilled chicken and veggie was nice as well. If you want to try multiple flavors, go with a duo. The flat cut fries are also nice and fresh. Everyone loved them.The only thing I would give an average rating will be grilled chicken burger. We found it to be too dry.According to the owner, everything except Spanish beef is Halal. They do service alcohol in the restaurant.The employee and management were friendly. With a large order, they gave us drinks on the house and then the owner was going around the restaurants asking patrons for feedback. Specifically, if they found anything wrong with the order. So, nice service overall.

I really like the variety of burger sizes and ingredients. my preference is for the lettuce wrap, and I like the circular fries. there is no outdoor seating available, but the inside is spacious.

It was a first try for me. There regular fries were a bit different... cut like potato chips but a little thicker. I had the chicken, beef, and lamb burgers and they tasted great. Their onion rings were so good. I plan to eat their again. It was a to go order so pics are at home.

Got two of the trios. They were great. Can't wait to go back!!!
