It is fine to get some burgers from time to time. The place is clean. Restroom is clean. Nice decor. But the food is 3 from 5 because I feel that the burger is about the same level as Macdonald with more price tag so I think they have to find their own way to make their burger more unique and more attractive unless people might go for Macdonald instead.

My son and I visited BurgerIM in Uptown Cleveland during a college tour of Case Western. The manager was incredibly friendly and eager to help us navigate the menu and offer suggestions. My son ordered a burger and I got a grilled chicken sandwich. Both sandwiches were excellent but messy. Thankfully there are napkin dispensers on the tables. The fries are circular and kind of like a thick potato chip - not my favorite but my son enjoyed them. It was a little pricey at almost $30 for two sandwich meals at a quick service restaurant. They do serve alcohol if you’re interested. The tables were clean. We would eat there again.

Fantastic service! My first time here, I didn't give a tip, but Mario gave us excellent service! One of the best burgers I've had and it was only 6.99!! 10/10 would recommend! Wish I lived closer to Cleveland!!

Burgers are fresh and staff is friendly. My only gripe is the price point for what you get; it seems a little high. However, for a quick bite before class this is a good place to go

Finally a decent burger in uptown. It's a little pricier than some lunch options but you do get a good amount of food with the meal deal. The owner is very nice and cares about making sure the customer has a good experience.

The burgers we ordered were top notch! Anything that was off they were extremely nice about & quickly fixed it! The restaurant was very clean, fast service, fair prices! I’ll be coming back for the amazing food, & the owner & especially his daughter. They were joys to be around! Very kind & acknowledged my 2 year old which was nice.

This is a nice change up for the neighborhood options. A fast casual place with a unique and almost unlimited number of burger combinations. I chose the Dry Aged and it defaulted to a medium "doneness", which I enjoyed. This specific location is new and the air handling needs a little improvement as you walk into a cloud of smoke coming out of the kitchen area. The experience was good for a "dine in" stop. Once you order, you find a seat and the food/shakes are delivered by the staff. Expect the lunch meal cost to average around $15, which is pretty normal for this area. I recommend you try it out for yourself. PS: I also recommend getting a shake as a great complement with this meal.

Food was tasty and fresh. The onion rings had a nice crunch to them. The burger had a nice amount of toppings, but not so much that it was difficult to eat. It was a Friday evening and it was active, but not crazy full. Laid back atmosphere. Staff was friendly, dining area (& my table) and bathroom was clean. I'd go back again.

This place is the epitome of a great burger joint. The staff was so very friendly, the burgers were top notch! I've been trying burgers all across the states i travel to, and I'm not sure I've come across a better place to dine. Thank you guys for such amazing service.

Visited for the 1st time today and the employees were hospitable. Food was very good and FRESH!Only bad was the wait time. But good food like this should take some time to make fresh.
