My experience was not good:Queued for more than 10 minutes just to order. Ok, happy to see a busy place.Meanwhile, I noticed the lack of team spirit among the staff, but ignored it.The cashier said the order takes 6-8 minutes, I waited for 15 minutes... I thought not a big deal , I things happen and get delayed.Finally order delivered!Surprisingly: It was all incorrect. It seems we were given another customer order (!).The worst is that my order was given to another customer and gone. So we either have to wait or as the cashier quickly suggested cancel the order. Smart Solutions : no order, no customer, you can cover the failure , and no problem ! great service. Thanks.The team is not managed and not competent, lack customer focus, team work, speed, motivation, etc... In summary, I waited 30 minutes and walked without burgers from FUEL Burger ! Good Bye ...
