Awesome burgers, the employees here seem to really care about their customers. I had a problem with my burger and Jayla helped me out and fixed it. Everyone was really friendly and nice, and the food was fresh. Will be going back next time I’m in Leesburg.

First timer. The guy at the counter was great - went to give him a tip and he explained they don't take them, but, instead would donate it to charity. I got a cheeseburger, and although it took a little longer than I anticipated - IT WAS AMAZING. The soda is a bit pricey at nearly $3, but, you have to have a drink with a burger. I'll return - no doubt.

They have a great house sauce. Also, they have the beyond burger! Pairs well with a veggie patty if you are really hungry.

My family and I came in this week for the first time. We had the pleasure of meeting Ty when ordering our food. He was extremely helpful in assisting us with our order and food products. We definitely will be coming back.

Usually four stars. Good burgers and other stuff. Lots of vegetarian options. This place is usually great. It was kinda dirty today. Trash on floor. Had to wipe our own table. Might just be one bad day.

Even though a bit on the pricey side, the quality and quantity of food justify it. Not saying everything is the best tasting I've had, but definitely worth repeat visits. The cooks personally came out to check on how our food was, and when one found out he messed up what type of fries someone ordered, he again personally came out to apologize and refund his money for the fries

Urban Fries.. That's all I can say! 😉 I will stop by that location after work or on break and grab some fries. Occasionally I will grab the veggie burgie. Although, the veggie burger isn't my favorite. It's ideal for a quick bite if your looking for a vegetarian alternative in the vicinity.

Awesome menu options and great service! Can't go wrong with their urban fries.

Great burgers and even better shakes but you're not gonna be blown away by this place. If you got kids it's a great place to go.

Came in for the 1st time today with the family after a movie. Walk up order counter, with option to order via app for convenience.Our burgers were super juicy and flavorful, perfectly cooked! I also ordered the family size fries and onion rings just to try, and they did not disappoint. (They we’re literally a tray load too!)Pleasantly surprised with the craft beer selection too. Will definitely be back :)

Love their Beyond burger and fries. Yummy as heck! Nice staff too. :)

Always great service when I come here. The manger jayla suggested to try the new bacon melt they have and I just loved it! Most definitely will be going back soon.

It wasn't the best burger I've ever had. For the prices there was just something missing. Though I will say customer service was excellent. Very friendly, helpful staff.
