Just tried to place an order online 5 times it wouldn’t go through. Tried calling- apparently got the call center- they told me sorry we can’t process your order and to call the restaurant. Called the restaurant- they said “they don’t have time to take orders over the phone.” WOW

Convenient location, clean and modern inside. I enjoyed their self-service kiosks. The attendants offered to help us throw stuff away, they saw our hands were full taking care of the kids. Pokestop from Starbucks is reachable from inside. :) I ordered the beyond burger, it was pretty good, not sure I'd eat that all the time. The CEO is my favorite burger of theirs.

Rude staff- nothing like other locations. Totally ruins the experience.

Great hamburgers and service! Their beef is exceptional and I really appreciate their recycled products and environmental friendly stance.

Hello Boynton Beach, I just want to give a shout out to the West Boynton Beach BurgerFi. Today they served me meat burger, when I ordered a Beyond Vegan burger. They then proceeded to argue with me about the product they had sold me. I have been going to BurgerFi on Congress and Gateway for quite some time and I have never experienced this before. Instead of being accommodating they asked me if I wanted to see the packaging. If you are vegan and live in the West Boynton area, please, please, please do not go to this BurgerFi, they might serve you a real burger and then deny they did.

One of the worse experiences I had for this store. My order was cold and missing extra condiments to which I actually paid for. Called the store and spoke to manager Jake who said he ‘got me’ once I told him I needed a refund on the items that were charged and never included. “Got me”? How professional is that?! I asked if I can get a confirmation number and he said that he couldn’t do that at the moment but will have it done.... I will follow up however very disappointed when the place itself was not even busy.

This is the first time my best friend and I have been here. Myrna was wonderful! She took her time with us to decide what to eat and try a taste of all the beers, including the local ones. Food was great, well worth the price.

I was really expecting a good burger from this place cause its always showing up in my ad but I got disappointed instead. The patty is dry that the bread will get stuck in the roof of your mouth and the fries was bland no love for salt? I guess if you wanted a healthier option this is the place?

Burgers are delicious. French fries best in South Florida.

Son took me here for the first time. Had the veggie burger on lettuce, awesome. Have been back again and will certainly come back again.

I love burger fi. The best food ever. Nice friendly staff and the best green style for an alternative to a bun. Love the breakfast burger, it has everything one needs and more! Love them for all of the recyclable materials as well.

Great food, but slow service. Bad experience in the dining room, the french fry cutter was too loud. It actually was so loud that you could feel as though the walls were shaking.
