Burger21

We had a great experience at the Mall of Georgia location. They brought everything to the car, and even took the time to bring the milkshake out first so we could enjoy that while we waited for the food. They put the Gluten Free food in a separate bag, which amazed me because I’m celiac and that really can make such a difference in a take out meal. (Side note, everything is super customizable so regardless of food restriction, I’m sure anyone would find something they can eat and LOVE) My favorite part of the evening was when we left we realized we didn’t have the cheese and ale fries, and we came back and they brought us another cheese and ale. Only to discover cheese and ale is a dip and not a fry order (it’s our first time here). They were so thoughtful, patient and kind with our misunderstanding. I’m talking Chick Fil A level kindness and customer service. We’re thrilled and very happy with our experience.

Love the Texas Haystack and Half & Half (sweet potato + fries). Lots of choices for sauces too—Chipotle mayo and Thai ketchup are great.

Really, really good, the OMG will fill even the most hungry guy - at least it works for me. Expensive burger but it does definitely taste like a high quality meat is used. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere - solid family place.

Their black bean burger is amazing and so is their cookies and cream milkshake. I love the variety of sauces they have. Their fries are really good and thin.

We ordered a Shroom burger, Double stack patty melt, Bacon burger, and a kids cheeseburger. The french fries and sweet potato fries tasted really good. The fried onion strings on the other hand, were thin, salty, and looked like “strings”. I don’t think I’ll order those again.

The first time I came to this place I had such an excellent experience I bought my son back the second time. This time it was way busier and the food not come out as ordered, But the manager Alyssa made sure it was correct it immediately and that our experience went back to being excellent. I will visit this place again and again

We had an excellent time here and the food was incredible. I had the Tex Mex Burger and absolutely loved the sauces and fries. We've been here on multiple occasions and never leave disappointed. I highly recommend the Tex Mex Burger if you come here. Also the service is exceptional.

Incredible walk up service. Not pricy at all. I dont like that drinks and fries are separate on adult plates. But the kids meals were cheap and the offer fruit or banana as a kids option to fries. They have burgers cooked to temp!. Food was fast! I eat it Medium though. Taste great.

Love Burger 21! As a vegan who lives and works in the Mall of Georgia area, this is one of my favorite spots! The staff are so awesome and friendly which is just the icing on the cake.

Customer service was great, the food was even better. Got the bayou burger with sweet potato fries.... yum!

Fantastic burgers! We love the variety of sauces for the fries and the gourmet real ingredient milkshakes. I would suggest they run more deals/specials on burgers, or maybe a specially priced burger/fries/milkshake combo, or burgers for two combo. Also, the past couple times we've gotten weird vibes from the employees, just like they aren't really engaged with customers or go out of their way to be nice. Still hands down a great burger though.

Food was good price was ok but can be over priced some times. I did enjoy the reaction to my coworkers seeing the price they paid so for that I will add one more star from 3 to 4

Decent burgers made expensive and sold separately from a side. Usually I get the veggie bean burger, which is great, but I recently tried a salad, which is a mistake I won’t make again going to a burger place. Their sweet potato fries are delicious, but still a lot of money to eat here since everything is sold separate.

Great food! Great milkshakes! Delicious burgers and fries (regular and sweet potato). They have a large sauce bar which is really nice and well labeled. Place seemed clean, staff was friendly, and location easy to spot from the road. We will definitely be returning here. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Super plain tasting burger here & their fries tasted very frozen. I had to rely on their sauce bar to get me through eating the burger that I ordered. The beef patties are cooked-to-order (wanted it medium-well) & mine came out well done. I was disappointed to find their 21 Sauce hotter than their Ragin' Cajun sauce, but I'll just have to remember that for the next visit. When asking the cashier for a particular burger option based on their sauces -- I like the hot stuff -- she wasn't able to provide any recommendations. Not sure if this place would be a spot that I'd recommend to others but I'd give it another shot.
