I think they got good food at this place

Not the fastest place around, busy yes, good burger too, nothing fancy either, fresh made however, press patty made from fresh ground meat and cooked to your liking.Small place, almost literally a hole-in-the-wall, not too bad price either, considering it's upper Manhattan.I did notice they have their clientele, or "regulars" they do have a grade A from the Department that rates and reviews restaurants and food places around the city, they have a variety of other foods as well, such as burritos and tacos they announce on their menu, also open for breakfast.

Great burger, great fries. Very little space to sit, but it's well worth it.

Solid choice for grab and go food, and you can't really beat these prices. Also super convenient that they open at like 6am, so you can get your burger fix in during the wee hours of the morning. Would not recommend dine in as there is a bar with literally six stools. Cheeseburger : really nice and juicy. cooked perfectly. I made it deluxe to get some onion, tomato, and lettuce, with a side of fries. The fries looked great, but I think I waited too long to eat them (I had a bus to catch). Definitely would get again.Steak taco: Meh, not bad, but I've had better. Kinda too spicy for my preferences, and there weren't any other toppings besides steak and sauce. Probably would not order again.Service wasn't over the top friendly, but not really unfriendly either. Keeping it real I guess.

Delicious burger

Amazing bacon cheeseburgers on the UES!! And quite frankly, one of the better burgers I've had in the whole city. It's tiny and very packed at lunch so either call your order in or arrive early or late. Your burger will taste better fresh off the grill if you can grab a seat at the counter but it also travels pretty well for takeaway. Give'em a try, you won't regret it.

small and very delicious place. I called this place a burger palace. . I love their dressing and fries absolutely the best place period. They have super affordable burgers.

The burgers here at Burger One are great. However the Burger One store is in need of a makeover. Stoles are falling apart, counter is also in need of an upgrade and the workers here aren't all that friendly. So I don't go as often as I did in the past.

Small burger place serving up breakfast lunch and snacks. Very small and always busy Burgers were good you get what you pay for.

Burger was good, but the staff there was inattentive, and they took forever even though there was no crowd or lunch rush. They also seemed to take an obscene amount of time to just do burgers. Maybe it was because we had ordered there and had turkey burgers, but that doesn’t seem like an outrageous order to me. The girl taking orders seemed to have an attitude and a constant look of disgust on her face that was just off-putting. Especially when you take so long, customers are going to get bored and notice these things. The burger and fries itself I think were good. Not remarkable or memorable, I suppose, but typical diner-style food and servings. I wouldn’t want to sit down here for food given how small it is, but I would most likely order ahead if I were planning it.
