Burger Loft

Good burgers and dipping sauces. Needs new coat of paint and cleaning/updating furniture

So this is my second go around with this place and I must say they rank high in the burger game. Atmosphere is cool and staff is friendly. Definitely on the repeat list of places to go. Enjoy.

My favorite place, delicious food and great service

The food is really good, however the service really sucks. Had to hunt the waitresses down twice just to get drink refills. Took a half hour to get out of the place after our food was done.

We had an amazing dinner. I got the butterfly burger, fries and a vanilla shake. And my boyfriend got the wings and a chocolate shake. Very good and fast sieves.

I’ve been in this restaurant multiple times no complaints. Today was the first time I actually had an awful experience at Burger loft! The staff was no friendly at all, the server took 15 to show at my table. The dining room was dirty and the service wasn’t what I expected. Sorry but this place needs to put more effort.

The burgers are really great but the fish tacos are insane! Really great food and their beers from the brewery next door are phenomenal too.

This was my families go to spot for the longest time! From the beer to the tacos to the burgers you really could never go wrong. The past few times we went we noticed they switched the buns on the burgers. The burger bun comes out extremely soggy which is a huge turn off. When my husband mentioned this to our server and inquired why the buns had changed, he was told that it was more cost effective. Okay, totally understandable since its always good to find new ways to decrease overall expenses when owning a business. What turned us off the most is that our waiter explained that he received similar feedback from other guests and mentioned it to the owner. The owners response was " if they don't like it they can go somewhere else to eat". Extremely disappointing. We would've probably returned , but after hearing his response to HIS paying customers feedback. We will pass from now on.

The ambiance is really relaxing and pleasant. Burgers taste great for the price, but they're only well done. There are also a lot of fries for how much you pay, so one order of fries is probably enough for 2 maybe even 3 people. Service was relatively fast, even when the restaurant was completely full. Takeout is also a great option.

Best burgers in Rockland County, bar none. I recommend the Butterfly Burger, and fresh cabbage slaw. Also the sour cream, chive, and bacon dipping sauce for the fries

Awesome food and great service. Friendly knowledgeable staff and the best burgers around. Fantastic beer and bourbon selection. Try the new District 96 beers crafted on site!!! Relaxing open floor plan with a wonderful patio.

Never had a bad meal here. Bartenders are great... ONLY IN THE EVENING. I reccomend you come after 5 if you want a good cocktail. If you like beer its connected to a local brewery with a great selection of craft brews. Good bar vibes.

Love this place! My wife and I frequent this place usually once a month, either for Burgers or the beer next door. The owner is always present and keeps the place running smooth. Great service, better food and quick! You order and it's there. If you love craft beer they have a great selection, and not that liquor store quality BS, good local beer. Prices are very affordable as well, and the shakes are amazing. I would highly recommend this to anyone local (and afar) looking for a good solid burger and beer joint!
