the lady just closed the gate in my face after ive been waiting in line for 15mins i was the last customer terrible service and very rude to the people in front of me it was 4:40 when she closed the gate on me and they are supposed to close at 5 disgraceful

A lady working there shouts very rudelyon customers. I had very bad😡😠experience at the burger king that placed in food court of mcgill metro station. I went there 31-10-2109 at 20h to eat burgers with my friend.A lady whose taking the order behave so rudely. And give me the wrong order. I order a veg cheese burger and she gave me the beef cheese burger. Before the order i asked her that what contains in veggie cheese burger she replied it contains only cheese, pickles and mustard but when order comes and I'm going to eat the burger it contains beef as well. and then i go to the another counter guy for confirm that is it contains beef or it is a veggie petty then she just come and shout loudly at me and behave so rudely telling lie that she told me everything about order that she doesn't tell about beef before order. This thing has a very bad effect on the customer. Please do the needful.

This place is very roomy. Workforce reduced at weekends. The result the employees cannot do the cleaning in addition to serving the customers.The tables are neither cleaned nor cleared, among other things, of the mud which accumulates on the ground due to the passage of customers.KFC or PFC has the means ... Nothing prevents them from employing more staff and making the ownership of their restaurants reflect food.
