Burger King

The place was not open on time doors were locked at 7:10am

Worst burger king ever. Horrible service, always make you back up in the drive through since they are incompetent and cant get food out quickly, they dont answer the phone and no matter how many times you tell them how you want your order, it will still be wrong.

Very rude young lady at the window and they don't verify your order before they give it to you.

I will never eat at this Burger King again!!! Burger was cold, fries was warm & not fresh the way I order them!! Remember it's Burger King " Have it your way"!!!! Not at this one.. So upset 😡😠

If there was an option to give this location zero stars I would!

Literally was blocked in to wait for 8 dang minutes in a drive thru with 1 car... before that, sat at the intercom after being told to hold, then ask for them to take my order in a line with only 1 car!

Just ordered from here. First off their menu was still set to breakfast (its 5pm) and it was missing a panel so unless you know their menu there wasnt much to choose from. I ordered the Chicken Ceasar sandwich. What I recieved looks nothing like what was advertised... no lettuce, tomato etc. Also my fries came out lukewarm. They weren't even busy.... the people working their seemed dazed and confused. I can see why they have a low rating.

Alright, so I love Burger King, there spicy chicken sandwiches are my favorite. Unfortunately, this specific Burger King is horrid. Something is always wrong, they close the doors at 7pm but workers are still inside eating. There is never a proper drive thru working. You can sit there for hours and you will never get a response. The soda fountain is never refilled all there is water. Terrible place, one thing they always provide is a bad experience. If you want Burger King do yourself a favor and go to another location.

Worst fast food experience. Bread is never toasted and the food is never fresh.

It seems like every time I come to this specific Burger King, there’s something wrong. Either the drive thru equipment isn’t working or all their equipment is down. (This happened on 3 or 4 different occasions, I lost track.)

Under staffed, waited 30 mins at the drive through. (Only because I was stuck between cars) Burger King really needs to get their act together or go out of business.

Service is always super slowwwwwww, half the time they don't greet you and the majorityof them have attitudes. No wonder they are now franchises

The Good Homes Plaza Burger King is about the best one around. The night manager at that location is a sweetheart❣ Make sure you go inside to place your order, it will be perfect every time!

Ms.Jane was wonderful pleasant conversation crew was nice and store was clean. Anytime Ms.Jane is there it's always a wonderful experience.
