Staff outnumbered customers but the ice machine was totally empty, floors were super filthy. It took over 10 minutes to get 2 Whopper jrs even though the place was dead.

Taco, wAs so bad. Threw it away

Typical burger. Long lines in the drive through not happy employees that work there.

Ordered online and went through the drive-thru to be greeted to a sassy lady and was rude. We pulled up and got tossed our drinks and food. We wanted to get another drink but they gave us the food and instantly closed the door and walked away. That’s not the last of it, I’m n both of my sandwiches, they screwed up big time. The one they got semi right had one little ant size of mayo when I said extra. Never recommend this place and would rather go to Redmond.

Waited over 20 minutes in line of 5 vehicles to order and receive food. When I opened the bag I had somebody else’s order. I ordered whopper jr meal, with cheese, fries, and ranch. They gave a whopper xl, no mayo, mustard, onions, fries, or ranch. Not the first time they’ve screwed up our order. Wasn’t going to drive and wait another 20 minutes to fix it.

Drive-thru was 22 minutes for a # 1 Burger, the large fry was a actual medium size. Slow to slow for drive-thru. Even though the burger was good.

This place is awesome! Staff is super nice and they got a better deal on impossible burgers than the Mobil app! You guys rock!

Burger king has gotten WAY BETTER! Their burgers are HUGE NOW! All delicious! Way better than McDonald's!

The woman taking drive thru orders needs to take the headset out of her mouth and not have an attitude before we even said one word, also do more than ask you what you want and if that’s everything.

Love their food, but unfortunately the food is always cold.

Eh, it's a BK. At least they know how to serve a flakey, well cooked, crunchy taco with great seasonings! Taco Bell needs to step it up!

I was in line at 10:30am. I watched one of the staff members switch the sign I was looking at which was breakfast. After sitting in line for 10 minutes, I understand being busy but this is fast food. When I got to the speaker box, I could barly understand the girl. I told her I watched him switch the menu so can I get breakfast. The crossaunt that I was looking at for 10 minutes before they moved it. She said they were no longer doing breakfast. I asked if she could make an exception since I have been sitting here, she relpyed with we have no more. That was it. I come here for the FAST part but I sat in my car for 20 minutes. Unable to get out of the line. Now I am late for work. Every time the staff acts like I am the one putting them out because I'm making them work. Good food, bad customer service skills. No to add anymore to this but they forgot my sauce for my nuggets. That was a really bad experience. Sad day.

The food and the service was great. The reason that I only gave it 4 stars is because in was unbearably HOT!!!!🌡🌡🌡🌡🌡🌡

For fast food breakfast, it's half the price of McDonald's. They always seemed pretty speedy at this location.
