The food is good.The cleanliness was to be desired with old sticky soda residue all over the soda machine.

Did not get all my food after I paid for it and then when I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich , the chicken was not cooked properly . Very disappointed.

Service was quick but help is rude

This Burger King has the wrap around drive through, which means you drive all the way around the building to get to it. This afternoon there was a big sign promoting their new crispy chicken sandwich, so we ordered two. The cashier informed us it would be 10 minutes to wait for the chicken! Instead of having us pull forward like most places (because there's no room at this one) we had to stay at the window while the cashier walked orders out to the cars behind us and they couldn't get around us. The chicken sandwich was good and the fries were just the right amount of crispy. They get a star taken off because of the ten minute wait in the drive through.

Great service, super clean new restaurant. My chicken club was literally perfect and that's rare with fast food. 👍

We stopped in to get three frappes, and they were nasty! No ice was in them, seem they were just frothy! Wont be stopping in there again ! Hope they can get a person to work there that knows what their doing ! An satisfy customer! We were traveling back to our home,to bad we didnt taste them before we left,as we would of brought them back !!Yuck,so people be aware when you stop!!

They're ok when they serve fresh food! Been three times and their burgers always taste like they've been sitting there for a while and then microwaved to reheat. Not to mention I was in line for almost 20 mins with one car I'm front at the windows.

I went in there today. Their soda machine was gross. Literally every soda was flat. Tasted old. They got my burger wrong, my husband's burger was put together all sloppy. I get that they were packed, but I expected more. I love burger king, I was so happy about them getting one in Jacksonville. Will not be going back to this one though.

The food was good. The atmosphere was not. I felt as though we were at a party in the ghetto. Employees were not professional. One manager was talking very loudly about how long she had waited to use the bathroom. This place needs some professional staff immediately!! When I walked up to the counter to order, the cashier walked up to the next register, and just stood there with one hand on her hip, waiting. She didn't say a word to me. RUDE! This place will not be here long, at this rate!

The Burger King in Jacksonville is horrible, I recommend not wasting your time there. To start the young lady taking our order was rude and had an attitude. Every table & floor was nasty, get our food and it was all messed up. I knew better to even order when I walked in and everyone's one back was to us talking. We were the only customers there, you would think the place would of been cleaned.

Burger King is what it is I haven't been there for quite awhile but the new impossible Whopper peaked my intrest generally not a fan of veggie burgers but I like to try things so I did they are not bad eaten as a Whopper I couldn't tell that it wasn't beef it chewed and tasted like beef that being said if it was just the patty I dont know if i could say the same thing I think BK can get away with it because it is camouflaged in a Whopper
