The cashiers were friendly but the manager by the name of Ciji was nasty and extremely rude.I got a 2 for 6 and my whopper was fresh but it was missing items and my chicken sandwich tasted weird and wasn’t well done as I requested.I asked for a cup of ice and Ciji told me I would have to pay 1.91 for a cup of ice.By her being nasty and my food being made incorrectly I had to drive in the rain back into the location to get a refund.I could hear Ciji talking about me to the other workers saying she’s really pushing it.I was annoyed in the beginning because she was bagging up food with no hat on or no gloves.She was also berating one of the cooks loud enough for everyone to hear.A tip for upper management is better training for your assistant managers.The cashiers were more professional than the manger was.I thought it was bk have it your way not Ciji’s way!

The young man that took my order was extremely pleasant, greeted me as soon as I was in and kept a smile on his face. His manager took time to help him help me which I really appreciate as well. Lastly my food came out to me quickly and was obviously fresh. I i will definitely come back to this location for service like this!

It’s a hit or miss. I no longer eat at this location due to my order being wrong twice in the same visit. I have a tomato allergy and I asked for no tomato at the speaker box. When I arrived to the drive thru, they verified my order then before they gave me the order, they stopped themselves “ that burger has tomato on it. “. They remade the burger and gave me a fresh one. I checked the burger with a quick glance and seen the ketchup but no tomato. I went to take two bites and noticed a different taste. Yep you guessed it, it was tomato. I turned around and took it back then requested a refund. The manager apologized and said they realized it was wrong again when I pulled off. Smdh. I had to treat myself with high does of Benadryl and my inhaler. I had to work that evening and had to sleep it off. I was ticked. So be VERY CAUTIOUS eating at this location.

Damn sandwich from the location i purchased it from...sold me a very dry overcooked crispy chicken. I didn't realize until i arrived to work. I am soo displeased
