Everything was great there. Fast service and friendly staff. Yet there was a charge for sauces. I bought two meals, and the sauces were an extra charge. Such a small thing, but for me it influences the quality of my meal greatly. I now drive 5 miles out of my way to go to another Burger King. I hope the money you saved on your sauces was worth it.

Claudia is very very very rude!! She claims she is the GM first of all I give her my name she continues to refer to me as baby... now I only called to report my order was not correct ordered from Grubhub I reported to Grubhub they habdled it but because I order DAILY lunch for my clients I wanted to make sure it was correct today she immediately started call Grubhub not my problem click hangs up the phone o call back hey Claudia I don’t want problems just making sure the order placed is correct today she said what do you want? I swear on my life I’ve never interacted with a General manager of her caliber that lady was upset for no reason and I promise I only called to make sure food right no harm no Ill feelings then when I ask for corporate imagine what happen next...click please hire more better professional to lead the staff cause she is not it!!! I do have a recording I record most calls to any business Thank you

The lady at the window is rude. I asked for my condiments at the speaker she gave me the wrong thing. And I asked for extra and she gave me two ketchups and walked off. I asked for ranch lol. I'm a very picky eater now I cannot enjoy my meal 100%

Their drive thru representative He is Awesome!!! This morning I went inside to place an order for an event and the gentleman coming outside to sweep was polite and friendly. This morning crew is what customer service should be. 🌞🌞

Score is 100% which is excellent. The lady manager stays on her crew for excellence & customer satisfaction which reflects. Service kind of slow due to new cook was having problems getting orders correct but hopefully he'll learn & get it together or may not be there for long. Other than that, great family atmosphere. Keep up the good work!
