okay they're slowbut the beef is 100% not gurss whst it is

Super slow. Redefined the definition of fast food.

The girl was so rude there was a line in the driveway and we wait 30 munites before our turn but when its our turn to order the lady said closed so it a waste of time 12pm today

Place is clean and employees are really nice. Great service!

Computers were down but they got them back as soon as they could Very apologetic, really good service otherwise.

The tray we got our food on was dirty and oily, and they couldn't figure out how to put ice in coffee.

Impossible burger is dope.

I was told to pull off to the side after paying, the 3 soon to be 4 cars behind me got their food and left. I’m still sitting here waiting for my food ( #2 and a 10piece nugget)..... it’s been about 15mins.

I don't understand what happened to BK. The food is a waste.

That's actually 5 negative stars I'm just not offered it. All you ppl on here posting about poor attitudes of the employees and such, try dealing with the ownership OMFG what a joke. Yes this place is horrible through out all the way to the top. But dopes still show up and eat this dog food.

Pretty dark and looks closed but staff is great

Best customer service from a fast-food place I've seen in a while. Everyone I talked to was friendly and polite.

Went through the drive thru an hour before closing. The fries were drenched in grease this was a indication to me that they were just in the fryer so I though it would have a fresh taste. I was sadly mistaken when I bit into a one. They took old fries that had been sitting out and refried them to give it the appearance that they just got cooked. This is a terrible practice and I will never be going back to this establishment.
