Staff unorganized and not too friendly. Food was okay though.

I was the only person standing in line. However the cashier hollers "NEXT!!!" No Good morning ir how may I help you. Then she's got that dead expression on her face like why are you here keeping me from doodling in my phone. She definitely doesn't like her job, but don't take it out on the customer.

All Hispanic help, who didn't understand good English. Order was wrong, but just let it go, because I felt that it would take to long for UNHAPPY looking employees to correct error. Might be my most disappointing Burger King visit I have ever had, and there have been many. No wonder Burger Kings are disappearing across the nation.

Just left or drive-through and the person is rude as hell. I requested Coke no ice and when I returned a Coke she gave me a dirty look and did not fill the pop up all the way when I try to get her attention about it she ignored me and proceeded to get the order from the drive-through.

It's average, what is expected from a fast food chain.

my neighborhood Burger King. Used to have very good and fast service.... what happened???? I used to be able to substitute a soft drink for a coffee in a meal and when I asked the server to substitute it the last time they wouldn't do it. several customers that came in and were in line wanted to use the coupons were turned down; I knew about the coupon as well and the coupon DOES work but the server (who is also the same server who I had a bad experience with) turned down several customers without even trying the coupon insisting all of us are wrong and that she's right.

Guy was cutting his nails in the dining room 😂

Veggie Burger is good but could be better if they provide options to make it spicy and make it more affordable.

Cold sandwiches salty.. when I asked for heat my sandwich bring same one coldddd .

I was there for breakfast in the morning on drive through the grandma cashier was very rude And I asked for honey for my coffee and she forgot and I didnt get the stick to mix honey in the coffee.

Occasionally they make mistakes at the drive thru window. Make sure to check your order before driving off.

One of the WORST burger kings I have actually gone to. I'm not sure what's going on there...workers, are disorganized, slow cranky and disinterested. 4 items came out in shifts..cold fries. Gives me the willies just thinking about it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

Fast friendly service

I’m sharing my experience because I have worked at a fast restaurant before, and even though it’s a fast food restaurant we ALWAYS use gloves when preparing sandwiches or burger. This is my first time in this Burger King branch and I only ordered a medium coke and a small fries both to go. I went inside to pick my fries and waited on the right side of the cashier. I was shook when I saw one of the employees preparing burger with her BARE HANDS. She was getting some pickles WITHOUT GLOVES ON and putting it in the burger she was preparing. I even notice that she was wearing a ring. I almost throw up 😵
