The drive thru lady that was there at 10:30pm on 05/05/2019 was very rude and dismissive. We just wanted to add on nuggets and instead of making another order she rushed us off very rudely on top of her already coming off as rude. I will never eat here again. I wanted food not a terrible attitude. I was even prepared to add more to the order but her rudeness made me not want to bother. 10/10 will never go to this one again.

Took over twenty minutes inside to get our food. Cold, old cheese, rude employees who argued heavily in front of the whole crowd of us waiting over how overwhelmed they were. Might be better with more staff or faster people, I'm not sure which.

I'm not sure about this burger king yet. Sometimes their good and other times not so much. I'll update when I have a better chance to fully evaluate.

The cashier and manager working on 14 Dec 18 at 9:44 am were extremely friendly and very cheerfull. They were doing a great job during a busy time and still managed to keep smiling!!! I highly recommend this Burger King if your in the area and are hungry. Thank you for the great service!

Went to the burger King on Raeford rd . They could not understand a simple order such as a number 7 regular and an extra lg sweet tea that's what was ordered . Not understanding why it is so hard to take a simple order definitely will not return there ever ... and to top it off the it wasn't good anyway. 😡

Very nice employees, they treated u well and made sure u had everything u need. The food was hot and good. The restaurant was clean and the temperature inside was comfortable. So, if u r in the area I would recommend stopping.

This Burger King location on Raeford Rd is hardly ever busy and the food is very good. The employees are friendly. My husband and i tried the impossible burger and it was delicious.

They people that work here are some of the best of I've seen. I've been there a couple times when they've had rude nasty customers and they are always polite and try to resolve the situation for them. I've always gotten hot food and friendly service at this location. Keep up the good work!

Okay I've never reviewed Burger King before but I must give credit where credit is due. I tried the new spicy chicken sandwich and I must say it was very good, but what made this a five star review was the cashier Jeffery. He was very congenial and efficient. I have never in my years of burger King 👑 seem anyone hustle as much as Jeffery. He took orders, delivered the food to the tables and checked on all the dinners to make sure they were all set. If he wasn't the manager, he damn sure should be. Thanks Jeffery for such great service, which is hard to find these days.

Yesterday afternoon, Mar. 15, the drive up window was busy. The Attendant was pleasant and exhibited high level professionalism. Best of all, she had good ole southern friendliness.

Good fast breakfast. No wait.

Be great if their food wasn’t stale. Literally the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to.
