I used to like this particular location. It was clean and newer. But most importantly, their customer service was great. However, yesterday a cashier named Sophia changed my perception about this particular location. I walked in with my wife yesterday afternoon. There was a group of 3 or 4 employees, including the manager, talking on the other side of the counter. Sophia was very rude to us while we ordered. She was leaning against the wall and looked annoyed for some reason. I felt like I was doing something wrong to her. The manager, a white gentleman with white button up shirt, was next to her but did not do anything. When I was almost up with the order, she then said "what else do you want? ". Seriously? Is that how they trained her? I acted as polite as possible despite her cut dry attitude. I then heard a customer placing an order. It was an older person. Sophia then yelled to the person 3 times "is that all?" Very dissapointed!

We all know this stuff is bad for you, but at the end of a bad day, we all retreat to our little Hobbit holes with a big fat juicy burger and fries! Love it!

Great Service...NOT SO GREAT MEAL!I ordered a taco to see what it would be like, you know since it was a dollar. Well.. you get what you pay for. I returned it because it was a joke. Barely anything but iceberg lettuce. I got another one hoping for something a little better. I just ate the second one because I was hungry. They both looked like it was put in a microwave and left too long. That's why places like Extreme Tacos and Lolis Tacos are so popular. Good authentic food. So BK's at least they still make a good Whopper. Stick with being the King of that!

Went in today to order a couple burgers and we got very courteous and fast service from Jinete. Food tastes great and is fresh as can be. Very happy with my meal today :)
