Burger King

The staff were more interested in self conversations than making sure the orders are correct. They were not up to date on mobile orders.

Always happy when I go there and my whoppers be good.

quick service, plenty of seating, accessible parking with space for wheelchair loading, ramps on at least 2 sides of the building, a clean bathroom and hot food.

My food was well prepared time waiting was extremely limited considering that the holiday was people with great attitude nice courteous type service

My advice is dont go there the survice is lousy the one on airport and sage ave. I will not be going back there again

I visit this Burger King regularly because it is close to my work and I am a big fan of the Burger King Whopper. The speed of service is hit-or-miss. I have been there at times when it took 5 minutes to go through the line and then there have been times that it took 20 minutes with three cars in line. The Personnel at the store always give Korea service but they don't seem to necessarily go out of their way to ensure that you have a nice day. I guess that's what you get when minimum wage is so low. I will say that the quality of food is always good. Hence why I continue to go back. Just be aware that you may wait in line.

Food is delicious and even though the drive through is a majority of the business, the dining in experience is enjoyable

The food is good for fastfood. They don't clean the lobby often at all. Food and stuff left on tables and spilled drinks on the floor. They leave it there for a bit before they attempt to clean it up. It would be a nice clean establishment if they cleaned often.

Went inside to order my breakfast and the young lady was on her cell phone and I waited for her to get off the phone. By the way she was not a manager either. So when I ordered my breakfast I ask her to upsize it to large and apparently she was more interested to be on cell phone so of course he didn’t get my order right. I don’t understand what has happened to good customer service.

They were short staffed, food order was wrong and cold. The wait to be seen was 10 minutes then wait for food was 20 minutes, we went inside. Manager was not on the property either.

Folks with me had food. Their Orange Juice is good.

Food was ok but customer service made up for ok food bc she was very understanding and helpful.

My family and I have been at USA hospital for the past 3 days, our family member is in the ICU and we've been having a hard time dealing with this. They finally took him in for surgery and we decided to go get some food. We went to this burger king and had the most pleasant experience. The cashier Celest was very hospitable and sweet. Made sure our needs were met with a smile! This is by far the best experience we've had in mobile al so far. So I personally want to thank Celest for being so sweet to us and making us feel at home!

One of the best Burger King I have ever been to, they are killing McDonald's and every other fast food restaurant in Mobile. Kim's and Monica's customer service is awesome.
