I have been sitting in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes now and the ONLY reason I haven't left is because we lost power at our house due to the storm.This is beyond ridiculous, and because they are one of the few fast food places in the area they don't even care.Avoid if you can, besides being slow ťhey will get your order wrong more often than not.

Zero concerns with food quality but my Lordy are they sloooow. Like having a sit down dinner at a restaurant. Come on BK! Staff properly

I drive though this BK once in a while and each time, the service is very consistent. Staff always are friendly and my meals are ready very fast (unlike another local BK). Napkins don't even have to be asked for as they are provided- again, something many fast foods lack in doing. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service and will continue to eat here for my occasional meal!

I got the 2 for 6 crispy chicken sandwiches. The only thing I forget when I order these is to replace the buns with the sesame buns. The service was fast only had to wait for about a minute

Brand spanking new store! I had the pleasure of having the place to myself at 4:30 in the evening! *update* I was just there yesterday, 01/27/18, for the 5th time. They were busy, but we watched 10 people who ordered after us receive their food first. I said something, in a polite manner, and they made me a milkshake for free to make up for the mistake. Still 5 stars!

Horrible. Not even 9 at night and the staff decided to close early. Went inside and the fryers were already cleaned. No one wanted to help us they just kept avoiding eye contact. Fire everyone. Especially the supervisor.

Heavy set African American woman behind the counter was super rude. Burger was cold and sloppy as were the fries. Bathroom a mess. Never again

Been there twice recently. Both times have been incredibly slow. Why have two drive thru lanes if you're only gonna take orders from one at a time. The digital menus are lame as well. The screen changes before you can see the menu unless you're gonna order one of the meals. The food was good today, but it took 15 minutes to get a few burgers and chicken fries. The previous time all I ordered was a breakfast sandwich. The wait time was way too long, the pattie and croissant were hard as a rock. Considering this location is already a pain to get in and out of this location isn't worth the trouble.
