Monroe NC has a great BK! I have numerous years of customer service experience and I was totally in awe of this establishment. The entire staff is excellent. The GM was very friendly and engaged with his team and all the guests. They were very clean in comparison to competing fast food spots as well. Bathrooms were fresh and stocked, team members were pleasant, and my King's Meal Deal was hot and fresh! It was lunchtime on a Monday and quite busy, but service was flowing smoothly and I received the kind of service I expect, EXCELLENCE! Well done Burger King of Monroe, NC. I appreciate all you do. Definitely a new go-to on the regular. Did I say "Yummy"!

Great experience. I had the spicy crispy chicken and my son had the impossible burger. Both were perfect. Service was friendly at the drive through. Would definitely return.

Me and my family always stop here when traveling to my mother's. It's the half way point. Over the 6yrs we have never had a bad experience. Most Burger Kings have slipped but I don't feel this one has.

Came at 2:45 and they were busy for there only being 2 people. Couldn't or wouldn't get water which wasn't a big deal but my mom later called and complained. I apologize guys. The food was perfect

I stopped in to try the pretzel bacon king....it was huge! They had so much bacon, cheese, mayonnaise piled on 2 patties with that delicious pretzel bun! Delicious!! Highly recommended. The employees here are fast and so polite. I'll always like Burger King...I like that charbroil taste
