My favorite fast food place to go to nothing like a flame-broiled burger I love their French fries definitely better than Wendy's or McDonald's and their promotions are better than McDonald's or Wendy's as well

Not a very clean place. Also I ordered a coffee and it took so long to make that I just left before it was done. Of course I am always in a hurry. The burger was good.

My first time here and it's very nice, clean, good lighting, and friendly people. Men's bathroom is clean, everything functioning, and soap dispenser maintained. Food is well prepared, hot, and fresh like overall. Coffee is magnificent, hot ,fresh, taste really good, I had to have a refill before I left. I would be here every day if I live close by. Overall I love this BK.

This is the best BK restaurant in the Waterbury area including the one in Watertown. They have the best Whopper burgers. My burger is always hot and made well. Never had a problem here.

Now this is Burger King, in it's finest! Clean, inside and out! The food was served hot. The drink counter was kept up and cleanThe Staff are very accommodating! Only good experiences at this location! GREAT JOB, to all the employees and managers!

We came here for dinner on a friday night in the dinning area. We had the 3 course meal. The waitress was so attentive and wanted to make sure that we have the best experience. So she switched my main course with another item that I liked more. The food was amazing. Everything I had was great. We got an extra appetizer and dessert on the house. It was a great experience and will be back there again. Two people of the staff I thought were very kind and helpful and kind were Elsa and Jaden. Elsa always provided a nice at-home home cooked meal type of feel for me and friends. Jaden is what I can consider a master chef. His food made me think of being in a 5 star restaurant in Paris. Great experience definitely coming back!

Friendly service, they bring the food to you. Wish they put napkins out so customers don't have to ask for them.

It was raining hard when we stopped at BK I almost slipped and fell entering the restaurant because they don't have a carpet down or a yellow caution sign out warning wet floor. Do restaurants not believe in having these non-slip carpets down anymore?? The soda machine up front wasn't producing ice, as usual, and there's still a hole in the ceiling that's been there for months.

Very nice staff and servings. I was feeling my soda, and cashier was not busy, so she brought my food for me, instead of calling loadly.

I am always here basically I am there every day for my lunch and sometimes my dinner too the same day so sometimes I am there twice a day they know me so well that I don't even have to tell them what I want for lunch they're always friendly and helpful if you're not sure what you want to get they will help you with ordering from the menu the atmosphere is very clean and very friendly it's a great place to go when you're in the mood for fast food and you don't want to cook your own food for that night so I so I recommend this place if you are Burger lover and Fry lover don't forget they also have the amazing new crispy chicken they have a deal for a two for six going on right now and is smothered in butter
