It's Burger King service and quality you'd expect.

Nice clean place.friendly service BUT..ordered whopper w/cheese and when I sat down and ate..It was cold..not good..looked as if it was just thrown together and it was before noon,was not busy sooo why? I probably waited for maybe 4 minutes for my order so why was it cold? It will be a while before I go back to this place if I go back..

It was so much better than the State rd location in Cuyahoga falls. The place was clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. The food tasted wonderful. I will go to this location from now on

My kids like the play area. Staff is friendly. Quality is good.

I don't get it people have ben leaving 1 stars here but the food was grate!! the bacon burger was so good besides the the wait i give it five stars!!!

Today service was HORRIBLE i get it late dinner whatever your busy. But when i watch your worker go to a car bring food back inside and you hand me said bag of food then i ask you to remake it because someone else touched my food you get an ATTITUDE??? never again!!!!!

The food was good and the orders were correct, however we sat in the play place and it is so HOT we asked twice for them to turn ac on or open the door and they have done neither, the kids are way to hot. They need to address this issue ASAP

It’s you basic BK. Food was normal for the joint. Service was about what you’d expect. A bit on the slow side but I got what I ordered. I’ll give 4/5 because I got a great deal using the BK app. 2 Bacon cheese burger meal(fries,drink) for only $4

$1.00 tacos are terrible...very small amount of filling...little meat (?) or cheese...just skip them. don't even try them unless you want an upset stomach. they are no bargain i'm here to tell you.

Horrible customer service lady at the counter had a tag that said assistant manager she was rude. Ordered a single king stacker and the bun was cold the burger was barley warm and the cheese was not melted took back to counter and got a new one and why do you know same problem so didn’t even eat it spent $20 there won’t ever do it again.

Tonight's junior whoppers were not good. We have had great junior whoppers in the past, but not tonight. Mine was burnt on the edges. Several of my fries were just overdone very small pieces. When I placed my order, I had to ask for my cups.

Look 35 minutes in the drive through and then handed me a melted milk shake

Ordered the ultimate platter for breakfast WITHOUT the hotcakes. It is $4.79. They insisted on charging me $5.19 and nobody in the restaurant had any idea what they should be charging me which is a dollar less ($3.79). I know this because I'VE BOUGHT IT 10 TIMES PREVIOUSLY. Terrible service, workers are clueless and slow. I just drove off and won't be coming back. Sorry but you have to be smarter than this. You have to be better.
