Dirty bathrooms and lobby, Now burger king is charging for BBQ sauce. And they don't let you know until you ask for it. They should let you know before you pay for your order, some time there is a good customer service people, but some time is really lock of customer service. I don't mind to pay for it. But to run your card one more time just for 15 cents ((nop))Please fix it.

Consistent with food quality and always get the order right. Minimal wait times in drive-thru. Staff is very courteous. Not much else I could ask for at a fast food restaurant!

The breakfast food (which is whati got), was very tasty!

I went in on my lunch break, after ordering from the mobile app. I had some changes I needed to make that I was not able to make on the app and they were so accommodating and made me feel like a valued guest!

Not surprised that it is one of the highest earning fast food restaurants. Overall great food, would recommend due to their amazing options of burgers, fries, the signature dishes, and all the other food options they have. Also a great place for your friends and family to eat at. Amazing place to eat a really quick meal and enjoyed it with the money you pay. Would definitely recommend to eat their if you’re looking for a good and quick place to eat and want to eat some very good food. The nutritional facts are very surprising for the content you buy and the large amount of food you are offered. I had a great time when I went here, got great customer service, quick service, and overall amazing tasting food. If you want one of the cheapest and best meals, I would recommend coming here with your family and friends.

Wood probably give them an extra star but the staff can sometimes be rude (there are a few gems), but the service is normally quick compared to other places and the food is normally hot. They accept coupons and always send tons in the mail if you need a quick meal on a budget.

Why is this BK almost as barren as the Sahara inside? I've never seen a fast food place so bereft of accoutrements, including the Harold's Chicken near Hyde Park in Chicago I visited like 15 years ago. That place had the staff behind bulletproof glass, but the dining area was better outfitted. The food here was regular BK food, and the staff were perfectly pleasant, helpful, and not behind shielding, but you'd think the interior had been stripped for parts for other BKs or something..

Extremely Happy and cheerful staff. Never had a bad experience with this location. The 4 and 5 $ coupin is the best deal anywhere for breakfast. Fast food can be tough and people need to be patient.the one at North Gate has to have Durham Police on duty. Rude and condescending arrogance. Recipe for indigestion....truly.

On my monthly run to complete errands, my cousin, a family friend, and I stopped for lunch at the Burger King behind Hamrick's off 15/501 to utilize our coupons for a double cheeseburger and Whopper meals (sandwich, fries, and drink). The young lady at the front counter was cordial, informed us she would be able to assist after offering her attention to another patron, promptly took our order, and told us our numbers/orders would be called as soon as fresh fries were done. All of our food was fresh and hot ! The store was clean and their rating was 97. We will definitely return and suggest your patronage as well !
