Newly renovated layout looks nice but was not thought out well enough. The new location of the beverage/condiment station adds confusion and clutter to the front while neglecting/failing to address the original service bottleneck created by Coca-Cola beverage dispenser.

Very good compared to most of them the South Park location is clean easy access from 2 sides and got my order right and fresh. 😃

Had a great experience yesterday at the drive through with Gurney! He was quick, professional, and very polite. The chicken fries I got were delicious.

First time I've been in since the remodel. They replaced the long que to order with a very short area. At lunch, one of their busiest times, customers line up to the door. Man pulling orders made sure to get drive-thru orders out quicker than dining-in orders. Burger was warm and fries were hot.

Great service, fast! One of very few good experiences.

Had to go in to order when the breakfast menu was not up at 8:30 a.m. at the drive through. Not sure why that was the case unless they were short staffed that morning. Otherwise, the staff inside were courteous and the food service was prompt.

Second review:This is a good BK. Normally fast and efficient, unlike some. Last week, when I visited Charlotte, their milk shake machine was down, a week later it still was. Ok, parts might be coming in from China. BK is a special treat for my grandson and I. He knows when I come in town we go to BK and he gets to have a shake ( only with me with our special time together). Today, however, so as not to disappoint him again, we had to go to another one so I went to Woodlawn. What a mistake that was. You can read my review for them, WOW! What a disaster.My thanks to the crew here though, keep up the customer service ( a tip of my hat to y'all).First review:Love their burgers! And since they reopened the traffic is is down allowing me to get in and out FAST! :-) Don't think it will last long though, sooner or later they will update their website and recognize they should have done it sooner. Awe-well all good things have to come to an end sometime.

Ok for fast food. I like it better than many others.

We had a wonderful experience in this restaurant. We loved the excellent vibes and the meals. The waiters are very personal. I am content we finally decided to try this restaurant.

Nice place , needs a better dollar menu and starting to get pricey.

It was alright. Nothing to write home about. Time for McDowell's.

Miss jenny is awsome...the food and service is incredible....very clean and great hot food from drive through...rodeo burgers have fresh hot onion rings on the fresh hot patty and the sauce is perfect!! Best $1.29 u will ever spend....great job
