Burger King

Went in for a couple of Whoppers they were hot and fresh good eating

CORPORATE OVERSIGHT NEEDED IMMEDIATELY!!! If I could have rated 0 stars, I would have. It's 1230 in the afternoon and the side door is still locked making you walk around to the other side to get in. Once in, I want to order a chocolate shake, but the shake machine is out of service. I get my meal and go over to the drink station and the only napkin dispenser is empty. I then try to get my drink (I want root beer) but guess what, yep, it's out, so I settle for Coke and advise the cashier they are out of root beer. She seems uninterested. I eat my meal and get up to leave and am going for a refill. Have they switched out the root beer yet? Of course not. COMPLETELY USELESS

The food was ok ,however, the customer service was horrible. While I was eating they closed the door with a plastic bag. It wasn't even closing time, customers were still arriving and they were still trying to get in. Because like I said IT WASN'T CLOSING TIME! A female employee when confronted by this by another customer about it said " Because I want to go home!" In a very annoyed tone. To be honest I like Burger King, but the overall treatment of the customers was below par. The only reason it's a 2 star and a not a 1 star is because their burgers are above average.

I was told to hond on and In the drive thru and the young lady didn't come back even though There was a fight inside the store someone should of said something but I had to drive around to the window she said she could take my order so I get back in the drive thru waiting a few minutes I had to say hello and she comes on and say ( I'm sorry I can't take any orders) Really 😤

Love their breakfasts!

The food was old and cold. It only had a dap of mayonnaise right in the middle of the bun, three or four pieces of lettuce. Just terrible.

Everytime i go they dont have something i want or the system is down. Never get to buy something..

I put my order in, waited 18 minutes and when I finally got to the window they didn't have my order listed at all. I had to go somewhere else.

They mess up orders and bathrooms not clean manager was rude when I asked to correct order will not return to location I will go to one that is further down the street

Slow as usual. They have two lanes now but still super slow. Difently not fast food.

It was ok greasy taste on nuggets fries were same and burnt will not be going back.

It would be so much better if the drive thru service was faster. For some reason I've given this BK a chance by coming back a few times hoping the drive thru has gotten faster. But it hasn't....

Asked for a specific burger and got a whole entirely different burger

I like Burger King well some sandwiches are ok.

I usually never have any complaints, because everything is always good. But last night waiting through the drive-thru for almost 20 minutes. Pull up to the order box and tells me to wait. Just to later say, "I'm sorry but we're closed." I left and went somewhere else.
