Service is great, I spend alot of time in their indoor playground which I love but I would like better seating maybe something more comfortable. My kids love playing here and I catch up on reading and work but end up with back pain. I come and stay 3 or 4 hours sometimes a few days out of the week.

It was a pleasant surprise to see that there were kiosks installed inside to order from. Made the process much quicker and to the point. Staff was very friendly and the mids enjoyed the indoor playground.

Five people working the front counter, and all of then clueless. Love getting onion rings that are over cooked and probably sitting for an hour. This BK outright sucks, every time we go there it's always something wrong...

Awful.. food was cold, order was incorrect.. inside smelled like a dirty bathroom. Soda machine area floor was sticky and nasty.

Do not go to the BK on kendall drive. It is disorganized and they serve old fries and old cheese sticks (they know it is old and still will give it to you until you complain and will change it)

Friendly Service! This BK is clean. The staff was very helpful. I'm not crazy about the retro-60's decor but one's there for a quick meal not living arrangements. The food is what you'd expect from a place like this. The whopper combo cost me $6.99 plus tax-- a bit on the high side especially when you consider that the breakfast menu is front loaded with 90% pork products. I think BK as a company has to see what McDonald's is doing and emulate their marketing discoveries.

As Burger King's go, this one usually has fresh food. The staff is friendly, I prefer to order at the counter. Ordered a Whopper meal with onion rings. Made to order and tasted like it.
