Burger King

Very clean establishment, busy during lunch hour however awesome people working there recently noticed.. so the time spent is worth every dime, not to mention the food is always always fresh made to order each time I’ve ever been keep it up and I’ll continue to make this new first choice for all BKs near me !

We just got home and realized that the entire order was wrong! We have pickle allergies and asked for no pickles on one burger and the other burger was supposed to be plain. The one with no pickles had pickles and the one that was supposed to be plain had EVERYTHING on it! The bacon cheeseburger that we ordered for our child was not fully cooked. I tried calling the store and someone answered and hung up on me, tried calling 3 more times to see if they could redo the order and they didn’t answer anymore. We used to love going to Burger King we had one on every military post that we were stationed at and we have always been huge fans of Burger King but tonight we definitely know we will not be going back at least not to this location. The employees obviously don’t know what they are doing because the receipt that they printed says exactly what we ordered.

This is the third time in a month I’ve tried to purchase a frozen coke, and they continue to say they do not have it in stock. If I had a closer BK I would no longer go to this location. This location has zero customer service skills, and apparently management is okay with BK being represented by employees like Cruz at this location. No smile, no thank you, no nothing. Of course I don’t actually NEED a thank you, but I’m positive that they are trained to greet customers in a positive manner being this is a service industry position.

Always, always, always, miss something from my burger order and fountain drinks taste like baking soda, they need to do maintenance to those machines.

So we came and waited a good hour in the line nothing happend we got home an figured that our order was wrong........this location sucks

I came to try the impossible whopper. That part was awesome. But I had to go back to ask for some mayonnaise, and the only person behind the counter was a guy laying out raw bacon on a tray. I didn't want to ask him for mayo as he was busy. But I could tell he wanted to know what was up, so I told him I needed mayo. Without even taking off his gloves, he took a handful of mayo and gave it to me. Thanks? I guess? I am too awkward to say how nasty that was to use his raw bacon gloves in the mayo packets but blehhhh

Worse custumer service they talk like they are talking to a friend ,rude tone on their voice. They dont pay attention to the details,waited over 28 minutes in the drive through behind 2 cars!!!

Bad service. Good food. Cheated me a dollar

Horrible this place is the worst! Came to order 2 double whoppers and they give me two single whoppers! And I pay for 2 doubles!!!!! 😡 will never come back here and the cashier not even a thank you!Whataburger will be from now on!!!

Terrible Burger King location 😩The order was not correct, and there were no napkins for use!!! We had to finish our food and get to our vehicle to use the ones we usually carry.

I made a mobile order a croissant and a iced coffee. I got here they gave me my food I ate all my food and waited why two ppl in front of me got there coffee. The manager is walking around shirt untucked not wearing gloves. Never again.

Good enough at a convenient location. I can't put my finger on why, but, this burger King is not as good as others. Perhaps it is the bread, maybe the meat. Other times I wonder if I got a burger that was under a heat lamp. Compare to Burger King at hwy6 & longenbaugh, they are much better.

This Burger King is as good as any other Burger King. Just make sure your order is complete in your bag if you drive through.
