I don't know when and why this weird request from the drive thru cashier to ask the customer to back up from the drive thru window after paying for our food?!?!? This is crazy to me and from now on I will ask for a refund if I'm asked to back up from the drive thru window. What if another car is behind me? How will I be able to back up then? Why even have drive thru service? And my fries weren't good!

Very nice staff. Very clean Burger King. One problem, the staff is very slow. They had 3 people working the whole restaurant.
