My visit to this Burger King was awful. I took food to go and I only live a mile away but my food was COLD when I got home. Also when I was filling g uo at the soda machine they were out of about 80% of their options so that was great especially when the few options that were available all tasted awful. I will never visit this poor excuse of a restaurant ever again.

Play area, dining room, and kitchen are on separate thermostats. Just let them know and a manager can usually kick it on. Also, there is a heat wave. Industrial air conditioner's at fast food places tend to be over worked it could be that one is just starting to go out. I have worked in food service many years and that is a constant challenge. There is a good team at this BK I'm sure they will adjust it if possible or start the process to get it fixed. Call the number on the recept they will thank you for feed back.

When we were there it was very clean. An employee was cleaning tables with gloves on. They had everything we ordered. The food was delicious.
