I will not talk about speaking badly about this company, because the company is not to blame, today I went to this one of the HAVERHILL st of methuen, I place my order and the one that takes the order asks me what size and I tell the medium and costs 5 dls and something and I see on the blackboard 8 and something and I tell the lady he is charging me what happened and she pretends to be another person who made the request, and I realized that she is herself, and He told me 3 different prices and when he arrived at the house is not what I asked for, AND HE RETURNS AND WHAT HE SAID THAT IF I LIVE SERCA, I want the person who goes there to verify his purchase before and after

I hadn't been to this location in some time and was happy to see that they have done some recent renovations to make it look a little more modern as appears to be the trend with these fast food establishments recently. The food is, well, fast food, exactly what you expect, and you either like it or you don't. The staff was friendly and courteous, the restaurant was clean, and there is plenty of parking for patrons.

Gets one star cause you cannot give zero... pulled in 90 minutes before closing ordered a Whopper, the signature burger and was told we only have chicken, then I order frilled chicken and the person says rudely "Only chicken"...how can a burger place run out of burgers? Or did they just shut off the grill 90 minutes before closing? You know what I do not care, it was God's will, saved me from the calories and saved my wallet too. Ate some nice healthy home cooking when I got home. Thank you Burger King Pleasant Valley for being this enept!

Listen.. this place is pretty much in Lawrence. They don't care if you're satisfied with their service or food quality.. there's kids working here. Go a few minutes up 93 away from this $#!thole, or have a long wait for even worse quality than expected from burger king.

Great service, person taking my order had a personal touch so much as to make sure the sauce packets I wanted did not land on any of the food that was already in the bag. The extra 3 seconds to check the bag before placing the packets inside shows the staff cares about even the small details.

This is a pretty straight-forward Burger King. It has a Coke Freestyle machine out on the floor. It has plenty of parking and a drive-thru. There is a lot of space behind the building--big enough that semis park there sometimes.
