The service is so slow and they dont have half the food on the menu. Why advertise the food if you dont even have it in the store overall severely disappointed in this store. Worst Burger King ever

It's always a wait in drive thru. I went one time and the drive thru lady was working couldn't even come to the window to let us j ow that someone will be able to assist me shortly that she was changing shifts.

One of the worst ones around I was going to go threw drive thru this morning and they told me they wasn't opening till 8 when it was 7:30 clearly yall open by then if the lady has a headset on saying yall wasn't open yet

Doors oddly locked at 7pm forcing me to use drive thru which had a ridiculous wait time. Managed to screw up a simple order of two large sodas no ice. If I wasn't such a surge addict I'd have nothing to do with this awful place. As is, I'd rather get my surge for winning bum fights in Kabul than going back.

Burger King take to long to get waited on. The first person who waits on you she or he takes your money. Then she or he has so much more to do. Wait on about 3 or 4 more customers. Then help with the drive thru customers pack there food. They handle money and pack your food. After handling dirty money.

The Burger King on 61st Ava in merrillville has the worst drive thru I've ever been through. I live down the street from it and I love burger king just not this one. The service is just terrible. First I thought that they just had a bad crew working then I went on another day and the same service.

Worse burger king ever. Coke taste like garbage everytime i have stop here. DONT EAT HERE if you value your taste buds. Fries were cold didnt even eat the buger after both the drink and fries were a disappointment.
