Burgers are terrible, always cold and tasteless. I only get poutine which is ok but no matter how much you insist that you have paid for extra gravy, it's still dry fries at the bottom

No... this Burger King location at 650 Kingston Rd (at Whites Rd, Pickering) is newly renovated (June 2019) and does NOT have a kids playplace anymore
