I didn't eat there. I met some people who were already eating. The restaurant was clean and we were there for a couple hours. The cookies were good. I did have one of those.

One of worst for sanitation and cleanliness. Food preparer wore gloves but not only for food. Poor whopper prep and fries inluded mix of onion rings. Customer service area dirty and tacky floor. Employees not focused on customers but rather socializing among peers. Boxes stacked high in food prep area. Manager not managing. Health department must inspect this place. Flies everywhere at point of purchase. Whopper poorly wrapped, did not taste like a whopper, stale or freeze burn lettuce, and cold meat. Employees personal clothing dirty and not appropriate for public contact for food.

Unprofessionalism was the biggest problem. Cursing at drive thru window. Running around the store while waiting for food. I will never visit this location again. Now my food was hit but bread was old and hard

horrible service. Did not get my order right even though I repeated it twice. Tried to call after getting back to work to find out the phone number on the ticket was the wrong number. Avoid this burger king if all possible. Wrong food, cold food, terrible service.

This store has the most incompetent employees, even the manager. Nobody knows how the mobile order works and yet the workers are really rude! I ordered through the app and it gave me an order number. When I went to the store to pick up, they did not give me anything because "my order is not in their system". This is such a waste of my time. Nobody even tried to help figure out what went wrong. This store should just permanently close.
