Appreciate the impossible whopper

$6 double whopper was delicious and filling. One thing though I ordered fries and got onion rings so I went through the drive through for them to be switched out. The young lady was helpful and quickly went in to retrieve my fries. When I got home I found that I had been given another order of onion rings. Thos would have been great if I ate onion rings....

There is a frickin QUEEN that works front counter a lot and I occasionally see her in the drive thru, she’s a blonde and I think her name is Makenzie. She always makes sure we are taken care of, the store is overall really nice and they keep it really clean, especially during these times.

My husband and I stopped here for a quick lunch on our way home. The building is beautiful and clean and the staff seamed friendly. However, my husband pulled me aside before we could order and we left. He had went to the men’s room and an employee was exiting a stall. The employee walked out of the restroom after speaking a cordial hello without washing his hands. My husband followed him thinking surely there’s a wash station inside he will go to. Unfortunately that was not the case and the male employee went straight to preparing food. We love Birger King however we left and went elsewhere to eat. Maybe these employees need a little more training in cleanliness.

Play area smelled like pee...other than that the staff was very nice

The service was great. The fries were good. But I ordered a taco, and they gave me one that was sitting in the heating zone under the screens and when I bit into it all I could taste was the dryness of the meat. Upon opening the taco the “meat” had crusted and the lettuce had a dry crunchy texture (not the normal texture) to it. Nothing against the restaurant itself just concerned that they should watch how long they leave food sitting out.

My cashier was a blonde girl, and a think her name was mackenzie. I ordered wrong at the drive thru and when i went to correct it, she was so nice and let me get what i wanted to order even though they had already made my meal. She was so nice and very vivacious. The playground smelled like pee though...

Very cool, modern decor. There's a lot of tables that sit up high. I had to look a bit to find a regular height table. Service was great. Food was an excellent value. Very pretty restaurant. The bathroom stalls are teeny tiny. Worth a visit.

Have it your way at BK. I like the fries and kids love the playground. Haven't tried the new veggie burger but I'm looking forward to it. Drive through restaurant with drive through quality food.

It's ok I guess the food is ok but the people are great.

Listen to the order customers are giving and stop talking over them.
