Burger King

So disappointed they asked me to move to around and my food was going to be taken to my car. Right before I was given my order I was asked what I order to confirm it and I still got the wrong order. If you aren't going to give people the right order I think our money should be returned... Not the first and i am sure it won't be the last time.

The restaurant was very friendly and clean. The food was delicious and nutritious.

They are ok like McDonald's better just my taste buds. Put out lots of savings coupons in the mail. Ty

Well the food was right what we ordered is what we got.... We got it 30 minutes after it was ordered...there was a manager and another worker taking orders and then I believe one person in the back it was way understaffed... Again we put our order in at 6:16 and didn't get our food until 6:46.. I will say again the food was as it should be but definitely not worth a 30 minute wait especially through the drive-thru

Horrible. Cold original chicken sandwiches. Cold fries. Rude service. I Will tell everyone I know to never go there without a barf bag. HUGE FAIL TODAY!!

My friend ordered a large fry. He spend 2.59 on that and we get home and guess what? There is no fry. We also had to wait at least 20 minutes for fries and two sandwiches. Then I try to call them I called them at least 8 times and they never answered yes I'm going to continue to call l. I need a full refund or a large fry please!

Okay fast food. Sometimes they have better food on sale for a short time.

I asked for no onions they still out them on my Whopper and the fries were cold.

I feel for the crew at this location. The ice blended machine has been broken for an eternity. The drive thru drink station has been has been broken as well, having the crew run to the lobby to fill drinks. And today, limiting the drive thru customers to only able to order between 3 choices of beverages. And also only able to accept cash due to card machine errors. I feel for the crew and even the management that have to deal with customers that will express their anger towards them. This is all on the OWNERS. Get your equipment fixed! I am shocked if you crew and managers remain at this location.

Our nuggets were overdone (really brown) and dry. We didn’t get a receipt so that we could leave feedback to the company. Bad experience this time!!!!

Went for an impossible Whopper. Waited in the drive through for a good 10 minutes only to receive a lightly burned patty. Still tasted decent enough, but for 9 dollars I don't know if I could come back again for it.

North 48th, Lincoln ne .I ordered 3 large biscuitsand gravy Gravy just trickled over the biscuits, (basically no gravy). Never had this happen before at any other bk. Very disappointed, will not return to this location again
