Ordered my sandwich with out mayo said no mayo on the wrapper definitely had mayo on it though, the last time I went there I didn't get my fries. I wanted to do the survey but they said they couldn't give me a receipt bc the machine was down, how convenient I feel like my total was more than it was supposed to be. Won't come back here again, to bad it's very close to my house.

Never waited so long to have my order taken. Sat at the drive through for 5 minutes waiting for someone to say hi. Then they told me to wait longer. Waited. Nothing. Drove off.

food was okay but i ordered a caramel frappe and it tasted like i was drinking a cup of chemicals. threw the whole thing away. waste of money.

Very dirty, almost got glued to the floor at the soda fountain. Employees standing around should have been doing some cleaning instead of picking their noses.

Very slow help. I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. They need to do better at running their 2 drive thru lanes. Help the person who got there first. Good food but very VERY slow. I wouldn’t go here if you want something quick.

Went in and ordered, since the drive-thru was full. It took 20 minutes just to get a plain chsbgr combo to go, then had to bring it back in because the order was wrong. Made another for me with no apology, and that was WRONG ALSO! Took that one back in, and got a disgusted "you're making me have to actually work" look on her face. Three times in just to get a plain chsbgr?! Ridiculous! And, they were annoyed that they had to remake something they messed up. Never coming back to this store again, the staff were more worried about their phones than customers. This is one of the reasons I go to Amigos...
