The fries were old and cold...the hamburger was ight... The only reason I gave you a 2 star is cause your Large Frappes are cheap.

Horrible customer service. Person cussed at me when they messed my order up. I waited in line for almost an hour for 2 sandwichs. Pathetic place. I will never return here and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Favorite fast breakfast place

ok so. I've been coming to bk for iced coffees for awhile now. this particular location has polite employees, and quick service. I would have loved to give 5 stars. However. I have had to throw away 2 large coffees due to GNATS in them. I am a forgiving person, so of course, i ventured back, figuring it was a one off. I get my coffee. I chill out, maxin', relaxin all cool with my new BK iced coffees. As im nearing the finish of the first of the 2 i usually indulge in, i encounter what must have been the thickest, curliest black hair at the bottom. At this point im retching. Still trying to convince myself it was an eyelash. Health dept, this one's all you. 👀(P.S. Oh, i forgot to mention the spicy chicken sandwiches are all bomb tho. Maybe if we as a society could do away with mayo, i think we could finally advance in both technology and medicine.)

It wasn't anything but the Impossible Whopper isn't what we were expecting. It did not taste good.

I went and waited in the drive-thru lane for about 10 minutes, but nobody took my order. Finally, I pulled around to the window. The employee was on her phone. After several more minutes waiting, she finally opened the window. I said "Nobody responded in the drive-thru lane so I pulled up." She replied rudely saying, "Can't you see I was busy?" So I asked if I could just order at the window, and she told me no I need to pull around again. Normally, I would give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt, but she was extremely rude towards me, and this specific restaurant has given me the wrong order at least three times. I would never recommend anybody go there.

If I could give zero stars I would. Incompetent, slow, and rude. Sat in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes only to come home and have the completely wrong order. Try hiring people with a brain next time BK.Also I clean a lot of restaurants around this area as well and I wouldn't warranty this place if that tells you anything.

The building is nice. Staff smoke outside in front of the building and just throw the cigarettes on the ground. Didn’t see them wash their hands afterwards either.

Rush hour service, but they made it harder on themselves with pushing orders in front of others who were waiting. I personally wasnt affected, but it caused problems with quite a few other customers.

Dawn the assistant manager forgot to ask if I wanted a pie. I said hey you didnt ask me a pie and she responded you only ordered a drink. Last I checked thats still over 2 dollars and was denied my pie. Asked to speak to a manager she said she was. Dont know what customer service training she was given but this is horrible. Hope they read this review because the tone that was taken with me after she made a mistake is disgraceful. Will be calling the manager tomorrow just so she can be given a reminder on how customer service works.

They have good reasonable coupon deals

For a fast bite of food that's close to homego try all the new stuff they've been putting on the menu like tacos for a dollar and I believe the avenue sandwich out now with a waffle crust I believe it is

Disgustingly Disappointed! Order #86 Jalapeno King with a kept warm un-flame broiled burger and a 2nd attempt explaining to FLAME BROIL the beef patty and got this, again after 3p 🙄
