Burger King

They gave us a smaller spicy chicken patty for the 2 for $6 special, I know because I eat there regularly and once we drove back up there 15 mins to correct the order, they still gave us the same size back with an attitude.. never again.

if I could give this place 0 Stars I would just due to the fact of the ignorance and incompetence of the workers here today on April 14th 2020 at 1:30 in the afternoon not only what I met with belligerence in the Drive-Thru and someone who is very unprofessional at her job I would not suggest this place to anyone at all I'm definitely not coming back to this particular Burger King that's very bad impression on me and the people I took their to eat

The service was lackluster and so was my food. My nuggets were not fresh, but the service was even more stale. So bad that I didnt even want to go back and return my food. I just trashed it. This was my second visit to this particular location. Each visit worse than the last. I will never return.

It was a long wait I ordered (4) 10pc nuggets and 2 large fries, they said pull to parking lot and someone will bring out. After about 10 minutes or longer I just went in to get the order which that still took about 8 more minutes like wth I was trying to get to movie theater on time. Well next time I'll stop at a different location

Fast service with hospitality and good food

Zero stars is not an option.....8/05/19. Their broiler is broken so they can't serve burgers.......This is shameful to be called Burger King and you can't serve burgers. Legitimately close shop until you can serve burgers....burger peasant.

They were really bad. Got a taco that was not like it happened ties to be also did not have iced coffee and did not tell me until I got to the window.

The food was hard and fries were cold

Disappointed the past couple, few visits here. I feel like the counter people are really nice, the cooks dont care tho. Chasing that Whopper taste :(

Located at the corner of Orange Ave and S. Monroe. As a vegetarian, I was curious, about the new Impossible Whopper. So I stopped by to try it. The last time I visited Burger King was, to try the "new" Coke soda dispenser machine. When I arrived, there were no other customers in the store and I was able to order right away. When I asked for the Impossible Whopper with Cheese, the counter person acted like I had asked for something culinary-impossible (no pun intended). While waiting for my order, I was a party to a few side conversations about hobbies, clubs, plans for the weekend, etc. (I hope you see where this is going). Five minutes later, I was handed my Impossible Whopper...without cheese. How does one mess up a single item order? If the cost of cheese can be added to order, why can't the actual cheese be added to my sandwich? There are reasons why, I stopped going to fast food restaurants. I should have just gone home.

I love Burger King but it says that drive thru close 11 but actually it closes at 12. The hours messed me up from my loved Burger. I need a belt.

Just plain horrible I will not visit that location again

I went there at around 9:45 this morning to get breakfast and went in the lobby since the drive thru usually takes longer. They told me to go through the drive thru because they're not taking lobby orders at this time., Ok no problem. I go through the drive thru and they tell me they're not taking drive thru orders. I reminded them that I was just inside and they had told me to go to the drive thru. Then they said they didn't have any food ready. Keep in mind they open at 7:00am! It reminded me of the Dave Chappelle "Pop Copy" skit.
