If in Cleveland, stop by and check out this art piece. Definilty unique. Not sure about the restaurant, the art piece is right outside the king.

The saving grace of this location is the manager. She ensured that the two orders that were filled while I was there was correct, otherwise they would have been incorrect, and was solidly mentoring her employees.

According to all signs and information, this place is supposed to close at midnight... i pulled in the parking lot at 11:40pm & the place was already completely shut down. Sign was lit up, menu was lit up, kitchen was lit up, but no one answered. I don't know who runs the place but they're not doing a good job.

I don’t come here super frequently but I always enjoy it when I do. The service is consistently GREAT and they are always quick and never screw up my vegetarian orders like so many others do. Keep up the good work, crew!

This place is going down hill. i really think the building needs to be renovated or at least parts of it need to be fixed up so it doesnt look so run down. i find that food quality varies widely depending on whos working. you can either get a really good juicy whopper or a really gross dry one. it changes based on who makes them. i do really wish they enforced standards so you would get a nice juicy fresh whopper any time you ordered.

Meh. It's a BK. What can I say? The service was good and the food was... well, fast food. At least my order-taker and presenter was pleasant.

Always cold burgers and too much heat lamp buns. Breakfast and lunch.

Best Ever For Homeless Water!

There food is addicting and the shakes are amazing.

I'm giving 3 stars because the lady had a good customer service attitude but did not listen to what I said. I wanted a large ice water she politely asked if I wanted a water bottle and I said no I want the large ice water with extra ice I only want it because I want the ice she still gave me a medium cup that's only a little bit bigger then a small cup. Burger king maybe you should just make your waters free. Any where should. I purchased a sandwich too. I specifically wanted the large ice water with extra ice. I'm an ice fanatic. Also the sandwich sucks. The sausage is cold and the cheese is not melted. I'm disappointed.
