Burger King

Today is the third time in a row they've messed up my order. When I asked for a refund, I was greeted by a very impatient manager who told me she couldnt refund one of my burgers because I had already started eating it. She went on a huge tangent about how "that would be like if I came to your house, ate all your food, and then took your money" and so on so forth. Very unprofessional, when all I wanted was my money back for a botched burger. Very disappointed.

Not sure where all the "cleanest comments" are originating from? This place needs a top down deep clean. Gross. Can't believe they serve food here.

My husband stopped in last week and the manager, Jill (he thinks), was complimenting her staff and telling them to keep up the good work! You can't always keep everyone happy, but good leadership should always include praise! Nice job!

Decent, just don't get the impossible Whopper if you're vegan/vegetarian because they cook it on the same grill as the beef

Food was very good and fresh. Jess front desk employee was very pordessional and polite. You should used her to train all your employees at the front of the stores. Wonderful.

Fries were hot and tasty. Burgers big disappointment. Ate inside, so they should have been hot. Lukewarm at best. No grill flavor to speak of. Was told they go through broiler, because I asked if they microwaved them!!!!

Went through drive thru.. the dude must of been dislexic. My order came out to small amount. He made it sound as if it was $10 more than what I saw on screen. Got to the window and he doesnt say hi or anything and shoves my 3 drinks through the window all at 1 time. Doesn't say payment please. Just grabs for my card and does the transaction. Then another employee hands us the bags for our food. And thanks me.

Reluctant but pleasantly surprised! Clean. Bright. Good, swift service. Sandwich was fresh and delicious. I would go again.

Got a double whopper, the condiments were lacking but it tasted alright
