The staff are always very friendly and accommodating at this location. Top customer service compared to a majority of fast food chains, and I personally enjoy their breakfast selections. Sometimes there are mistakes with my order. But, I have never had items missing.

Tried to go here on January 2. There were 2 cars ahead of me in line at the drive thru. One car sat there for 4-5 minutes. I waited. When I got to the speaker, they said they would be with me in a minute. I was at the speaker for over 5 minutes and no one came back. I pulled around and went in to place an order and could not get anyone to take it. They looked like they may be short handed, but I did not get any sense of urgency from the employees. They all seemed to be moving in slow motion.

This location just like the Closed Holland Sylvania location has NEVER EVER been Open or Ready for service at 6am. 6:20am today nobody taking Drive Through orders, lights were on, and 4 vehicles were parked waiting to get in. One time they didn't have the oil ready for the fried foods, and the lights had just been turned on too. This is a continuing problem that needs attention.
