Very good service today, food was all good!

Customer service is the worst, food is mediocre, and prices have gone up! Im very disappointed!

Just pass this one up really even speed past it it's dirty outside smells of a old folks home laundry on the inside and that the highlighted part ,sorry to say but the king ain't it sorry guys

Best place to eat in willows fast and friendly service

there's not really much to tell about fast food restaurants I mean they're all the same. Is there a pretty much the same food the tables are always dirty the restrooms definitely dirty. The only difference is some more than others.if you're looking for a quick bite to eat it's always good place to stop by. I mean at least the food doesn't make you sick.

Keeping it cleaner !

I use the drive thru about once or twice a week and service is usually excellent but lately they've gotten my orders messed up (missing items, wrong items, no receipt, etc). When I bring the problem to their attention it gets fixed promptly but I am getting very frustrated with the drive-thru crew.

The young lady at the window was rude and she forgot part of my order I had to run out the car and come back to ask for it. To make matters worse she didnt even apologize. She ignored us when we asked if everything from our order was in the bag and she just did not seem like she wanted to be at work.

We have been to this Burger King (drive through) at least a dozen times in the last 6 months, and I'm not sure if they have ever gotten our order right. I'm not kidding. Forgotten sauces, missing chicken tenders, sausage instead of bacon, absent onion rings, etc. The food is OK, but they really need to work on a system for getting customer orders correct.

Longest drive thru wait ever, about 12 minutes minimum time wait from order stand to window pick up. It's almost like they wont make your foods until you give them the money. The way all the workers move seem like they dont even want to work there!

I go there for coffee's it's almost not worth my time whether I go through the drive-through or inside to order it takes forever just to get a coffee

When you accept hurting your body... Eat here... Empty calories and not so fast

Good place for charbroiled burger's and the price isn't to bad.

The wait seemed a little long but the food was pretty tasty typical Burger King
