I've been here more then once and did not have a problem until today. I ordered my food and when I got it it was wrong. It was given right but not ordered correctly. When I went to let them know the first I iteration was fine but then the person who took the used walked up. She had a bit of an attitude problem. Then she wanted to make me pay for her mistake. When u said that she said "wow". I don't plan to come here for a while if at all.

It looks like this used to also have an internet cafe, they still have the boxes where the computers would have been. Massive space inside, even some lounging space for the tv area. Great staff, friendly and personable.

Food is always cold. It's always dead so it's rarely busy enough for a wait yet food is cold. Maybe if they did them made to order fresh instead of using heating lights or something they would actually get customers. Not sure how they are still in business. For the record, it's not just one particular burger king I'm referencing to, it's every burger king! I live right off 28th street so I see several different locations and they are always empty. One has a McDonald's right next door ( not sure who had that brilliant idea..lol) and McDonald's will be backed up to the entrance and burger king is empty.

Was clean and people were nice. Got food right away. It was hot and good. This location was the most fancy I have been too. It had house chairs in front of a fireplace and big tv.

Both of the ladies at both windows were super nice and they got our order right the first time. I say this because I literally just left the Burger King on pearl street in Grand Rapids and they were extremely rude and I was missing most of my order!
