Service on fleek! Matilda was fabuloussss!

The workers at this burger king are amazingly nice. They are always really sweet and i always feel a little happier after i leave. (and not just because we have great burgers). They always make sure my order is right and they always wish us a wonderful day. I def recommend this burger king over the one beside the walmart on tidewater (which i do NOT recommend).

The staff are really nice. The restaurant was clean, and service was fast. I was taking a long trip and just needed a place to sit, charge my phone, and eat and this Burger King offered the perfect place. Also, the food was good and definitely fresh.

Good costumer service, and good food. My one complaint is they forget to give me ranch when I ask for it. Other than that I’ve always had a good experience.

Got the fish sandwich at drive through while going to service call. Was miles away by time I got to eat it. Believe it was either reheated or burnt. Ate it anyway. BIG bad mistake. Got sick as a dog for 2 days. Will NEVER go back!!!

I never leave reviews and I hate the thought of leaving negative reviews but I had to make an exception. Literally everything was bad. Ordered two large fries, the amount given was at best a small. To call it a large was downright laughable. The burgers had next to no lettuce on them, they looked like whoever put them together could not have cared less. And the soda, which had no ice in it, was somehow flat? I have no idea how that was even possible. All around extremely disappointing. I wasn't even mad about it.. I haven't eaten all day and it just made me sad. Kind of wish I could give zero stars.

Messing up orders lately

I always ask for my food to be made fresh and it is never made fresh. And when you order from the drive thru and get to the window to pay they ask you to drive forward and to back up so that there timer stops running so they dont get penalized for taking to long. I told the lady no I'm not moving my damn car forward cause yall are taking to long.

Darius is the man! His customer service is the best I’ve ever had in the past 5 years at any fast food place, let alone Burger Kings. This guy shines in customer service excellence!
