Service was friendly but lobby NEVER clean when you go in tables dirty flies everywhere food all over floor and tables cobwebs in corners by booths with spiders

Completely RUDE!!! I don’t know who is running the drive thru but if you don’t like your job you should just quit and maybe learn some customer service!!! We will never come back to this location.

I usually don’t have any problems with Burger King but earlier this morning I ordered a 79 cent Sausage Biscuit with a side of Tater tots. They missed my order ALL UP!! I didn’t even have a bun so they tried to make it up and give me free nuggets.Talk about half doing things.. definitely won’t come back if this happens again.

Food was cold soda machine didn't work and smells disgusting. Talked to the manger told her what was wrong and told her this is the worst burger king in Dothan she smiled laughed and said I know. The staff behave like its just a place to hang out. It's been like this for 5 year's. Burger King Corporation please do something about this.

They don't keep up with the orders every time I come to this location it's straight attitude and hoping eventually it will be okay cause it's on my way from home but its not .tonight was my last night going to this location when they had handed me food that was not even mine. Didn't even ring up my order. I work in the food industry as a general manager and that's not how you Handel customer service.
