Imma tell u all somethin about this place. Visit it in the morning hours and IF the lil older black lady with glass's is workin!? SERVICE will be GREAT!! i only go there wen shes there! Just cuz im about service and she provides great service with a smile. Offers the extras and is very, very courteous!! 5 stars just cuz of her!! Thanks gurl.....i dont know ur name but will ask the next time in there!! BK...u need more employees just like HER!!

Always friendly, but I've went there when it just opened up for the day and somehow received stale food. The sausage patty looked days old and the whole sandwich was dried out from the microwave they use. The croissant bread was HARD. You guys can do better..

Food needs improvement...burger was dry as hell...had to go through the drive thru 3 different times for separate orders...waited too long for food...not satisfied at all

It was good. Made my sandwich wrong. The fries were not fully cooked and they made me drive around and wait. But still was good.

I would have left 0 stars if that were an option. Customer service is lost on this one. The lady working the drive thru was EXTREMELY rude. I will never come back to this location and I recommend you do the same. Have a blessed day!

It says 24 Hours. Not 24 Hours. Race Day on the west side of Indy has the ability to be a real money maker for this location. They are closed. Weak. I will likely never return unless it's race day and then only if nothing else is open. I'm not that mad, I just don't like being lied to.

Definitely worth the trip for anyone looking for fast food and good food, service, value, and all around customer care. They are by far my favorite place for good food fast and is just a tasty as the commercials make it out to be. Only fast food eatery that offers a hamburger or cheeseburger that’s cooked on a open flame. Instead of a flat top grill that’s cooked with whatever grease is left from other burger patty’s. One thing I can say is that we are getting Burger King tonight to eat.

Wasn't happy with my order I payed extra for cheese to be added to our 2chicken sandwiches and they where overcooked and hard. I don't think I will go back to the one on 16th and tibbs. And I had to throw it away it made so sloppy. I guess u get what u pay for. Omg.

I always have a great experience here even when they get my order wrong or accadently give me someone else's order they are very nice and fix the problem immediately and try to make up for it also. they are awesome here

The bacon was NOT cooked all the way.the cashier had an attitude also...the line was so long and the coke was a little flat....

Would give a negative if possible. Went at a none busy time and waited about 45 minutes for the food. I will go to another location from now on. Came back due to working over here but will never be back here. Poor customer service skills. I guess the customer is always right don't apply here. Need new manager staff and cashiers. Never had this many issues at a burger king before.
