I'm being obligate to give a star 🌟 but in reality the service at the drive threw is always incomplete , this is the 3rd time my wife and I go there and order the Wooper combo w/ cheese but I guess changing the customer the cheese and not putting it on the Wooper is the same thing but think about it if it was a mistake is one thing but in reality there will be 2 mistakes the customer that received my order will be compensated for what a mistake done ..Coaching is key ...And fast service with incorrect order is another !!Stop looking at the time and be attentive at what the Customer asks for ...I call and tell the Manager and was no help the inconvenience Doesn't mean anything to her .Building customer service with loyalty & trust and accuracy is what they are there for ...

Extremely unprofessional, it's super bowl Sunday and they were not supposed to close until 10 pm but the manager decided to close early. Extremely early at that because my family and I went there at 8 pm and the doors were locked. An employee came out and said her manager told them to close the lobby early.

They got about %25 of my order correct. 1st off I wanted to try an impossible burger and it was a regular whopper. I also ordered mozz sticks and even though the marinara was in the bag there were not cheese sticks.... same old Jacksonville bull.

The place was nasty, the people were rude, the food was cold and over cooked. heard the manager tell the people at the next table here's a coupon make sure you vote for my daughter ,call #on the back of receipt. Last but not least I was wearing a Maga hat.i saw on the web bo isn't doing so great, I'm going back to Wendy's.

Forgot to check food before leaving.. Got home and was missing a fry and the burger was wrong. Tried to call and complain, but after I dialed the number that's listed here and on the receipt it said to please hold for some security company. The gentleman that answered from the security company was very understanding though. He said they get complaints for that burger king quite frequently so they're used to it.

Ms. LEE was wonderful! Amazing customer service. She was super attentive and had an amazing attitude. I lost my receipt but I hope someone from corporate sees this because she deserves recognition!

Every time I go to this Burger King it's always something wrong! This morning I was in the drive through at 10:15am didn't get greeted until 10:20 just for the girl to tell me "we only have ham and hash browns. Lunch starts in 10 mins." A week ago I went to the same Burger King and there was 3 cars in line, I was the car at the speaker waiting to place my order 10 mins went by and I hadn't gotten any help. The manager looked me dead in my face and knew how long I had been sitting there and had the nerve to turn the screen around to lunch. By the time I got greeted I was told I couldn't get breakfast because it was past breakfast time but I had been sitting there since breakfast time. This Burger King needs new management and a new crew because I am sick of it and I'm pretty sure the people in the neighborhood are too.

Understaffed is the word I would use. Customer service and wait time was effected by this. Quality of the food was fair. To the owner: You have to staff the store to get a better experience for the patrons. There were 3 employees working a semi-busy breakfast run at 8am. Drive thru was definitely their focus. Restaurant patrons took the brunt of the wait time. I know Burger King can do better. I guess we'll see. Also the cleanliness of the dining area was poor. Tables and floors still had the dinner run present. I had to wipe down a table to feed my girls.
