Good service and fast

I just called to speak with a manager.. “Nicole” tells me she is one of the managers.. I ask for the GM. She says she can’t tell me his name nor when he will be there.. then goes on to say “the situation has been handled”. I respond with “what situation.. what am I calling you about?” She hung up on meFirst off.. you really didn’t even ask why I was calling.. or why I wanted to speak to a manager NICOLE. You just assumed. Then to just hang up like that... really?? It’s okay .. I won’t bother you again... I know how to read a D and B. I’ll get the info my way now. And you will find out soon enough what my complaint was. Good day.

Today I had the impossible Whopper it was delicious better then I expected to be honest.This Burger King in general is okay not bad but the food is nasty a good portion of the time and is cold and semi warm all the time all you get, for me it was. But I rate it 3 starts because it's alright kinda of a good place.

I'm all for helping the community but I went to Burger King and I got over the fact that everything good they have to offer is discontinued, BUT what I cannot support is my chicken looking grey inside and smelled rotten. I never leave reviews but if I ate that I probably would have been sick for a month. If your going to take onion rings off the menu make sure the rest of the stuff aren't rotten.

Came for a quick lunch before class. Assistant Manager was super sweet, and despite my slow ordering was totally understanding. Would happily come here again despite Central Ave traffic

It wasn't clean. They had flies. The staff was very professional and welcoming. Fast friendly service. The star rating is a reflection on the lack of being clean

Everything was freshly made. Staff is kind and friendly. There is a parking lot. Needs to be more clean.

This is our 4th time getting the Impossible Whopper at this location. This is the third time we had issues with how it was made. Nothing terribly bad just a very strict vegan in the family. The last two occasions we were lucky enough to be helped by Nicole. She understood the problem immediately and moved quickly to fix it. Thank you Nicole!

My experience was dreadful. While the food Wass delivered by fast working workers my problem was with a lack of place to change my son's diaper. I had to lay him across my lap in a dirty bathroom which is unsanitary. Burger King has high chairs so clearly they understand people with small children frequent the establishment so why the lack of changing spaces?

Friendly staff that is quick to fix a problem. Its fast food but they are really cool. They could use to keep the soda bar cleaner though.

Went there yesterday 5/23/20 asked for mac and cheese bites an got jalapeno poppers instead .. what if someone was allergic to jalapenos? Do better!

The cashier Censere... absolutely the best part of my experience here!

The woman who works the 6am shift is a real b. The food's fine but her attitude will leave a bad taste in your mouth.My suggestion is to use the BK on Western Ave. where they actually appreciate your business.

When I eat here is not busy so it almost makes me wonder if the burgers are fresh. I dont like the nuggets. I only visit 3 times a year when I get a craving. The lobby is clean do. Better than McDonald's lobby.

Terrible drive through customer service. Very rude and didnt give me what I paid for.
