I love it here at this BK the staff is always friendly and the food is always hot and to my liking what I like and enjoy the most about this Burger King is that they have free Wi-Fi FOR CUSTOMERS! The bathroom's are clean and kept up with and always have toilet paper ready to use.

Terrible service and no effort to correct mistakes, they're not even close to corporate standard operating procedures for complaints. Wrong hours posted on the internet and even on the doors of the restaurant, ENORMOUSLY frustrating for a disabled person who walks up there in the middle of the night to find out they have been closed for hours already. Same problem with the Lorain location. Absolutely will not be eating at any Burger King locations again after starving and hiking around the city for days on end to find out they are not open despite the advertised hours claiming they're still open.

Only giving it a 2 because I didn't eat there stopped to use the restroom and the bathroom was disgusting flies flying around over filled trash toilet sink and floor were dirty only thing clean was the soap

The food is ok for when your in a rush. They undercook the burgers and chicken sandwiches sometimes so doubke check your order thoroughly. Friendly staff though. Usually don't have to wait more than 5 minutes to order or get my food either.

Went through the drive-thru and was rudely interrupted by young man running it for my coupon code. Told me my total before I was finished ordering, so I pulled up to the window to finish my order and he proceeded to interrupt me and say that the order is final, before I handed him my card, and that I had to go back around in the drive-thru to order more. When I was the only one in line. No one was behind me. Didn’t even get to ask to take tomato off of my whopper because the order was “final”. Poor customer service skills.

Waited 15 minutes after paying to get cold food. Girl at drive thru said we only have 3 people working no cooks.. Worst service and food sucked,it was cold and made wrong

Loved it the cashier named Wendy was amazing she was nice and very respectful she even let my pregnant wife eat longer in the dining room since we had arrived late Wendy got our order correct and we felt right at home

Visited today and very poor customer service young lady on front counter very dingy Didnt have any lids for milkshake was jipped out of my money because of less milkshake just to put the shake and whip with a regular lid . and this damn chicken sandwich WOULD of been good. If it was crispyer taken out to soon .
